Abstract Submission Rules

Please read the submission rules before submitting your files.

• Required files may only be submitted electronically as an attachment via COPRD12 email @ ( COPRD@ksu.edu.sa)
• Files must be received by the announced deadline.
• Author must be registered for the COPRD12 https://coprd-ksu.com/register/ at the latest by Monday, 01 May, 2023
• Abstracts submitted by presenting authors who do not register at the COPRD12 website by this deadline will be removed from the final program and will not be published. For more information follow twitter (@KSU_COPRD).
• Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.

All fields must be filled in order to submit.

1- Student’s name (First, middle and last names of all the authors must be fully indicated correctly and in the right order).
2- Student’s email address
3- Supervisor’s names (First, middle and last names of all the authors must be fully indicated correctly and in the right order)
4- Abstract title
5- Abstract text – limited to 250 words
6- Abstract Theme (select one)

• Medicinal Chemistry and Natural Products
• Experimental Therapeutics and Toxicology

8-  Abstract Instructions:

•  Abstract texts should be consisting of four sections (background, methods, results and conclusion)
•  Text of the abstract: max 250 words (title and authors are not included in the 250 words). View sample abstract.
• Abstracts must be submitted in English.
• All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.

Poster Presentations Instructions and Guidelines

• Poster Presentation are scheduled at the Research Day on Wednesday the 17th of May.
• Poster file should be submitted by the 29th of April via email ( COPRD@ksu.edu.sa)
