1- Participants names (First, middle and last names of all the authors must be fully indicated correctly and in the right order)

2- Presenter email address

3-   Supervisor’s names (First, middle and last names of all the authors must be fully indicated correctly and in the right order)

4- Participant’s institute logo

5- Participant’s institute name

6- Abstract title

7- Abstract text – limited to 250 words

10- Abstract Instructions:

• Abstract texts should be consisting of four sections (background, methods, results and conclusion)
• Text of the abstract: max 250 words (title and authors are not included in the 250 words). View sample abstract.
• Abstracts must be submitted in English.
• All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.

Abstract Submission Rules

 Please read the submission rules before submitting your files.

• Required files may only be submitted electronically as an attachment via COPRD13 Email (COPRD@ksu.edu.sa )
• Files must be received by the announced deadline.
• Author must be registered for the COPRD13 https://coprd-ksu.com/register/ at the latest by Thursday, 02 May, 2024
• Abstracts submitted by presenting authors who do not register at the COPRD13 platform by this deadline will be removed from the final program and will not be published. For more information follow twitter (@KSU_COPRD).
• Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
• COPRD13 agenda will be posted soon, please follow twitter (@KSU_COPRD).

Poster Presentations Instructions and Guidelines

-­ Poster Presentation are scheduled at the Research Day on Wednesday the 23th  of May.

Poster presentation terms at the Research Day

 -­Participants must be present in the assigned room during the poster viewing session on the event’s date to answer questions of judges (schedule will be announced). 

-­Each group has 10 minutes (6 minutes presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A)  

-­Participants are responsible for poster printing
